Sara’s practice involves all types of complex commercial
litigation matters including business torts, real estate and
land use, close corporations, employment, intellectual
property, construction and contractual disputes. She has
handled criminal defense matters including OUI, robbery,
assault and battery, drug offenses, firearms offenses and
murder. Sara practices in the state and federal courts and
handles cases on appeal.
Sara joined Lurie & Krupp, LLP in 2002. She was formerly an
associate at Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels, LLP. During law
school, Sara completed four legal internships at Children’s
Legal Services, Inc., Lurie & Krupp, LLP, Brown Rudnick
Berlack Israels, LLP, and the Conservation Law Foundation.
Sara received her J.D. in 2001 from Northeastern University
School of Law. She received her B.S. in 1996 from Tufts
University, where she double-majored in Environmental
Studies and Art History. She is admitted to practice in
Massachusetts and before the United States District Court
for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States
Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Sara resides in
Waltham, Massachusetts. |
